Refund Policy

At Imposnax, we strive to deliver quality imported snacks you’ll love. Because of the nature of food products, returns are limited—but we’re here to help if something goes wrong.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item arrived damaged or expired

  • The item was missing from your order

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used snacks

  • Products purchased during promotions (unless damaged)

  • Products returned after 48 hours

3. Refunds

Once we inspect and approve the return:

  • You will receive a full refund or replacement, based on your preference

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit

  • Refunds may take 5–7 days to process

5. Delivery Issues
